Let's face it - everyone loves food. I'm a 21-year-old who can't get enough of it. As a college rower, I strive for healthy foods to stay fit and in prime competitive shape. Even though an athlete can burn a lot of calories, we still need to watch what goes back into our bodies. 

It's difficult to find time to cook a real meal in between classes, practice, and work. But I've taken on the challenge. I like to experiment with quick and easy recipes. It takes no effort to stock the freezer with microwave dinners, but I refuse to take that route.

Simplicity is my middle name. A recipe needs to have as few ingredients as possible or I run the risk of not having it in my kitchen. And when the stockpile of food runs low, it's time to play around with what's on the shelf. So leave the cooking to me. I'll find the best recipes that are easy to make but still taste great. You're friends will be begging to come over for dinner.
